Wright - "Fleming is a coup"

"we have been looking at having two really good goalkeepers"
Assistant manager Tommy Wright commented about the signing of Scottish Under-21 goalkeeper Greg Fleming. He said, "I think getting Greg in is definitely a coup. We've been on his tail for a while. I watched him a number of times kept in touch with people up in Scotland. Those in the know in Scotland think Greg's got a big future in the game, and I'm sure working with Mark Crossley will be good for him."

"Shez and myself have been looking at having two really good goalkeepers in the squad to provide competition, as that was an area we struggled with when we made the play-offs in our first season. It's a very important position and last year we were going with kids on the bench and hoping Mark Crossley didn't get injured. We needed two decent keepers and now we've got them."
