Aaron Chalmers, a 16 year old midfielder, has been called up to the squad to travel to Accrington for tomorrow's Johnstone's Paint Trophy first round tie. Chalmers is currently in the first year of his apprenticeship and has impressed Tony Philliskirk with some good performances after breaking through the youth team into the reserve side.After impressing in last season's Centre of Excellence he was offered an apprenticeship deal along with eight other teenagers. It is expected that Chalmers will take a role on the bench at Accrington.
