Two of the Latics promising youngsters, defenders George Edmundson and Jamie Stott have both gone on loan to National League side AFC Fylde.
Edmundson has made four appearances for the club this season while Stott has still to make his mark.
The Latics have given permission for both players to play in the FA Cup game at home to Wrexham on Saturday.
The loan period is for one month.
