Bill Urmson was taken into Rochdale Infirmary intensive care on Tuesday and underwent surgery. Oldham Chief executive Alan Hardy contacted Urmson's wife, and was told that Bill had been taken out of intensive care, but is only receiving family visitors.
Alan told the Oldham Athletic official website that he will visit Bill as soon as he is able to.
