Hopefully he will kick on from here and keep listening to the people around him because there are a lot of things he needs to learn. I want to see him spend more time in the penalty area."
"Getting into the Wales squad is good for him as well because he'll be working with experienced coaches and training with good players. He's a frustrating player who needs to learn about playing simple football, but if he wants it he has got the ability. You get found out if you don't take care of the ball, especially at international level, so hopefully he will work on that. It's a big step up from our level to international football, but the experience will do him no harm at all."
