Central defender Reuben Hazell may need a cartilage operation after injuring his knee in training last Friday. It was a routine tackle but the damage was severe enough to keep him out of the starting line up for the 3-1 win at Brentford.
The extent of the damage will be assessed but it is suspected that the injury has sustained damaged to the cartilage and Hazell believes there is every likelihood he will need an operation.
