J. W. Lees' still take all the profits

A petition has been organised after the recent Supporters Forum. At the forum the Chief Executive of the club, Alan Hardy stated that, “(In 1982) JW Lees were given the rights to bar operations and profits from bars at Boundary Park.”

The current financial state at Boundary Park is very precarious and in that light it is thought that J.W. Lees might want to either terminate or renegotiate this arrangement to a situation that benefits both Oldham Athletic, and J.W.
Lees & Co. (Brewers) Ltd.
