Author Dave Moore will be holding two book signing sessions in the coming week. Following up his successful “Oldham Athletic: On This Day” from last year his new book is titled “Oldham Athletic: Miscellany” and is full of fascinating facts, figures, trivia, stories and anecdotes relating to the long and colourful history of the Latics.
The book follows no set order but has plenty of stories to stimulate and satisfy any pub quiz or Oldham-related argument. Dave guarantees that every Oldham Athletic fan will learn something they never before knew about the Latics.
The first signing will take place at the offices of the Oldham Chronicle on Union Street and will occure from 12:00pm till 2:00pm. On Wednesday 23rd. December. Former Latics player and captain of the Championship winning side from 1974, Dick Mulvaney, will additionally be in attendance and will also be available to sign the book.
The second signing will take place in the Latics club shop before the home League One clash with Tranmere Rovers next Saturday. Copies of “Oldham Athletic: On This Day” will also be available at both venues and can be signed at the same time for supporters who missed out last year.
