Ex-Latics winger Cristian Montano, who has been playing in Colombia after being sacked by Athletic, has signed for Bristol Rovers.
Montano had been investigated by the Crown Prosecution Service into alleged spot fixing - and was fired by Athletic - although Montano had denied such involvement and had intented to sue the Latics.
