Athletic could be suffering more supsensions as some players are walking a disciplinary tightrope at the moment. Reuben Hazell was on four yellow cards but has now been joined by striker Lee Hughes and midfielder Mark Allott, a result of bookings in the 3-0 rout of Scunthorpe on Wednesday night. All three players are now just one caution away from an automatic ban. Team captain Sean Gregan has recently returned from a three game suspension after a straight red card against Hartlepool.
